Beautiful neighborhood with many amenities

Pros: ## Strengths: - The instructions for entering and exiting the apartment are clear and precise, with videos and photos - The Homing agency, which manages the property, is very responsive - The neighborhood is very quiet (in winter) - The neighborhood is well located with many shops nearby (Pingo, restaurants, gas station) and close to major roads - The apartment was clean upon arrival - Good Wi-Fi connection - Some basic necessities were provided (soap, shampoo, bath towel, toilet paper, cooking spices, dish soap)

Cons: ## Areas for Improvement: - The residence is not designed for winter rentals: the swimming pool is not heated (the listing may be misleading as this point is not specified in the description). - Thermal insulation is average (the kitchen is very cold in winter due to the large windows). - Heating is essential in winter; two portable heaters are available. However, the apartment's electrical capacity is low, so when a washing machine is running simultaneously with two heaters (at medium power), it trips the circuit breaker. The same occurs when the third heater is on or when the clothes dryer is running. - Hot water in the shower takes a long time to arrive (this is certainly very dependent on the season due to the gas water heater). - The soundproofing from the apartment below is poor. - The barbecue gas tank was empty; it couldn't be used. - The TV sound quality is very poor (problem with the bass speaker). - Some essential items were missing: no sponge, no salt or cooking oil, no paper towels.

Pros: Les deux grandes chambres avec salle de bain, la grande cuisine ultra équipée, la terrasse avec vue piscine et jardin, les piscines, la proximité du supermarché, la plage à 10 minutes, la luminosité dans l’appartement, le parking

Cons: On entend tout entre les pièces et entre les appartements

Muito agradável 😀

Pros: A localização é ótima, as piscinas e os jardins são maravilhosos, a casa é espaçosa, casa de banho nos quartos e ainda outra na zona social, as camas muito confortáveis. Toalhas, loiças e eletrodomésticos para tudo 👍🏼

Cons: As paredes da casa estavam sujas de mãos, dedadas, mosquitos mortos. O poliban e lavatório da casa de banho, do quarto com as duas camas, estavam entupidos. A varanda, maravilhosa, estava bastante suja, mesa e cadeiras, não foi possível utilizar... com muita pena. Sofá também muito sujo, impróprio para usar, usamos as cadeiras de bambu para ver TV 🤷🏻‍♀️

Pros: Condomínio muito agradável, piscinas com óptimo espaço circundante e bar privado. Ambiente muito bom.

Cons: Alguns pormenores de limpeza e pintura estão aquém da qualidade do alojamento.
