Great base for an active holiday

Pros: Property was well maintained and clean our room had 2 balcony’s we used one to put clothes on a drying line and the other had seating for us , travelled with a 6 year old and a 7 month old me and my Mrs was really happy with our stay , don’t listen to negative reviews you’re paying for an apartment you’re not staying at the ritz

Cons: Parking can be a challenge later on at night but maybe that’s because we was leaving it a bit late to come home

Pros: Apartment basic but very practical for our needs. On arrival kitchen light was flickering, however reported to reception and was repaired after the weekend. Receptionist very very helpful, even at busy times, very patient. And she dealt with a sick (guest ??) efficiently and got him ambulance care. Towels not changed routinely but again receptionist very helpful and sorted this out. Pool area clean and well maintained.

Stayed here before and will probably return again.

Pros: Lovely ground floor apartment for four adults. Comfy sofa bed. Adequate kitchen equipment. Lovely pool and the restaurant served good food.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: Staff are amazing and very helpful. Pool area and restaurant are great. Relaxing holiday.

Cons: Could have been more plug sockets in room. Only 2 in kitchen area.

fantastic. vilamoura is a perfect holiday destination

Pros: perfect location, clean and great base. lots of hangers which you don't get from any other placed we've stayed so that was a bonus. staff very helpful and nice. the sun lounges were comfortable and much nicer than you normally get.

Cons: the one and only quibble was the shelving directly above the beds so turning or getting you would hit your head.

Pros: Nide comfy spacious apartment with balcony and pool view. Great location within 15 minutes walk from the Marina with good local facilities, shops and bars. Quiet pool and friendly staff on site with good customer service.

Cons: Limited kitchen facilities and problem with the pool water quality meaning it was closed for 1 and a half days but the team worked hard to resolve the issues.

Clean, spacious apartments. Pool area is lovely and quiet and only a short 20 minute walk to the marina.

Pros: Spacious rooms, kitchen stocked with all necessary utensils, comfortable beds, pool area is nice.

Cons: Wardrobe needs updating, showing curtain was broken, pool area was dirty and shower outside was not draining properly.

Pros: I want to say thank you and it has been a pleasure staying at the Rio and I have to say that Portugal and Vilamoura is one fantastic country and I hope to see you next year

Pros: Everything location facilities staff bar cleaning staff very comfortable stay 👏👏

Pros: Good communication, good location. Basic but great value for money for our needs
