Amendoeiras II - Central Vilamoura

Pros: Property condition is excellent and very clean. Plenty of towels & linen. Changed weekly.

Cons: Pool area is dated and needs upgrading. Loungers need regular cleaning. additional loungers required. Drains from shower slow to drain. Main bathroom has back flow issues causing smells.

Would come back!

Pros: Great place to stay for a base, we had lots booked in Vilamoura and this was perfect for the price.

Cons: Was all good. Shutter blinds got stuck on open but was attended to during our stay. Kept them shut as didn’t know if they would close again and didn’t want to keep bothering them.

Fabulous and we will go again

Pros: Has been refurbished to a high standard. Yes the location is a mile away from the main marina but its a lovely walk through a park. I'm 65 and I managed it twice a day no problem so why people moan about the distance I don't understand. There is a lovely pool which doesn't attract many people if out of main season. There are a couple of restaurants and bars on site if you don't fancy going into Vilamoura. It's a residential area with privately owned apartments rather than a holiday complex which we preferred. We had a weekly clean and I've got to say what a great job they did. Also there are electric roller shutters and a heavy locking front door. It's the safest I've ever felt on holiday as usually you have a door or window that doesnt lock properly

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like but as I said its a residential complex. The outside of the buildings look a bit run down but after seeing the inside it didn't bother us, And in the bars on site once they get to know you it's very friendly

Nice relaxing holiday.

Pros: Quiet location but close to amenities. Refurbished to a high standard. Pool area quiet even though shared with other buildings, which is why you have to go through an external gate. Not a problem though and you can see if the pool has beds from the balcony.

Cons: Could have had a few extras included, no extras in cupboards. Had to buy cleaner, cloths, dustbin bags, clothes pegs etc. previous occupants must have done the same so must have been removed. Plenty sun beds by pool, but are uncomfortable without a mattress. Was not aware this apartment was in an old building with a very small lift.

Pros: En general el apartamento está bien, pero no para una larga estancia, tenía varios desperfectos, lo que si está bien es que cuenta con una piscina

Cons: Pues no me gusto que el sofá estaba algo sucio, la vitro rota lo que es un peligro, en uno de los baños la ducha no tragaba agua, llamamos al dueño que dijo que mandaría a alguien, y nunca llego

Agréable semaine en famille

Pros: -L’emplacement facile a retrouver, en voiture ou a pieds car l’appartement se trouve sur l’avenue Eng.o João Meireles. -La grande piscine était agréable. -Les bars en bas de la résidence avec pleins de jeux comme billard, baby foot. (Du 5ieme étage on entendait rien des bars en bas) -La boulangerie de l’immeuble, pas besoin de prendre la voiture le matin pour acheter du pain. -Malgré qu’il n’y ait pas de stationnement privatif, on a toujours su se garer dans les 2 grands parkings des résidences. -La belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la piscine

Cons: -La douche du couloir était un gros problème! L’écoulement était bouché, on a essayé de la débouché, sans résultat, le bac de douche se remplissait systématiquement🫤et comme les joints du bac n’étaient plus étanches cela inondait la salle de bain. - le grille pain ne fonctionnait pas comme il faut il fallait l’arrêter manuellement pour pas brûler le pain. - pas d’aspirateur, il n’y avait qu’un balais 🧹

Pros: Apartamento confortável, limpo, muito luminoso e com tudo o que é necessário. No primeiro dia a internet não estava a funcionar e houve disponibilidade imediata por parte do anfitrião para solucionar o problema.

Pros: Da disponibilidade para resolverem um problema que surgiu e do facto do apartamento ter tudo o que é necessário.

Cons: Do sofá se apresentar um pouco sujo e do sistema dos duches nas duas casas de banho.
