Oceanview - Sea front by HD PROPERTIES

Pros: Everything wes perfect at this property, It was clean, modern, very spacious, beautiful view. Everything we were looking for and we would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Unfortunately, we were late arrival and we were charged 20 euro for late arrival. Host opened the door and showed us around. We left the property and on return the door wouldn't open for us we tried most of the night and were unable to gain access. A very awkward lock. We slept outside the appartment door. It was not a nice experience.

Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed — a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and even a blender. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The place was quiet, with a beautiful view. There was a huge 65-inch TV with built-in Chrome cast.

Cons: The only small thing to improve would be to add a few more teaspoons, as there were only three. The internet signal was weak in the bedrooms. Also, there was an occasional unpleasant smell coming from the pipes. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Loved every minute exactly like pictures

Pros: Phone call to number that was given to me, and they sent someone within minutes to meet us. Lovely location across the road from beach, beautiful views. Lovely pathway to vilamora.

Cons: It would be better to ask people to meet the host outside the hotel Atismar, apt only at back of hotel. Our taxi driver wasn’t sure where to drop us off.

Pros: The location is great, right at the beach and next to a playground our kids loved. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Parking in the street is free. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay for a few days. The shutters can make the rooms really dark if you like to sleep in.

Cons: The check-in instructions said someone would be at the location, but you have to call the number and somebody will come over. This was within 15 minutes, but during busier days this could be longer so better to call before you arrive. The entrance to the apartment is behind hotel Atismar, next to lounge bar Atlantida. Since the building consists of many privately owned apartments, we were unfortunate to have a neighbor who was renovating and thus made quite the noise. This is something there is no control over. The apartment has a dishwasher, just bring your own tablets since only liquid detergent is provided.

Pros: Wonderful location, modern apartment, right by the sea. Nicely presented and all the mod cons.

Pros: This apartment is in a excellent location on Quarteria beach the apartment has been recently refurbished with everything new it’s really clean and comfortable definitely recommend this property

Cons: On arrival at the airport we contacted HD property’s to confirm the pick up of the keys for this property it was agreed that the agent would meet us at the property. After several phone calls and waiting at the property the agent sent me a location on Google maps for the property I felt it was not the correct property however she assured me it was. We went to this property which was a 7 minute walk away as we were on our way with our suitcases the agent texted me asking how long I would be as she could not wait much longer. I replied that we would be there in 2 minutes straight away we knew that this was not the property we had booked. I explained we had a sea view apartment booked the agent said we had a sea view yes there was if I was to hang over the balcony! We went up to this apartment it was not the one that we had booked it was a one bedroom and we had booked a 2 bedroom the agent reassured us it was what we had booked. I showed her the apartment that we had booked on booking.com she then looked at her check in sheet and rang her colleague downstairs and they then agreed that this was not our accommodation. We were then given another google map location which was another 7 minutes walk away and the agent said that she could not take us in her car but she would meet us there. We went back to the accommodation we were at originally and waited for the agent. I rang to see where they were and she explained that the people checking in to the other apartment we were at had arrived and she was waiting now to check them in. Eventually they arrived to meet us and when we got to the 5th floor the agent had no idea which apartment it was she was trying her keys in every door and ringing her colleague. Eventually we got into our apartment and when i explained that this was where we were at the start of the conversation with the agent she said oh doll it was a mistake on both of our parts .

Pros: Toller Blick, gute Ausstattung, trotz zentraler Lage ziemlich ruhig

Cons: Keine feste Parkplätze, was aber in der Nebensaison kein Problem war

Pros: Très bien situé 🌞🌊 Appartement très propre, moderne et spacieux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner

Cons: Petit problème avec les moucherons, ne comprend pas d'où ils viennent 😁8

Ruhige saubere helle Wohnung

Pros: Alles war super: Lage, Helligkeit der Wohnung, sauber, grosszügige Zimmer.. Ich habe nur zwei Beanstandungen: Die Adresse ist unauffindbar. Die angegebene Adresse gibt es nicht. Die Pfannen waren nicht optimal! Sollten geflickt werden und ersetzt!

Sehr schönes Appartement

Pros: Super Einrichtung, top Lage, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal

Cons: Aus einem Abfluss im Bad kam ein unangenehmer Geruch, der sich im gesamten Bad und teilweise in der gesamten Wohnung ausgebreitet hat. Man musste regelmäßig Wasser nachlaufen lassen, um den Geruch etwas zu vermindern.
