Pros: The apartment was perfect. Bright, airy & immaculately clean. Lovely decor. Great location. Suzi, the agent, was very helpful.

Cons: Booking. com didn't make payment to the hotel as usual for some reason. We had to pay when we got home, which incurred £45-£50 in fees. I was advised I would be given a credit to my Booking.com account for this, but still haven't received it. Stressful end to a great holiday.
