Pros: A localização é muito tranquila com estacionamento gratuito em frente ao prédio. O apartamento é espaçoso e confortável e a uma curta distância da praia e da marina de Vilamoura.

Cons: É necessário o pagamento de uma caução de 150€ (que fica bloqueada em cartão) e a empresa que efetua esse serviço (não a empresa que gere o alojamento em si) pressiona com vários emails para efetuar um seguro diário à caução e tirar fotos à propriedade como prova de que está tudo OK e nada está danificado. É opcional, mas muito desnecessário a quem procura sossego e tranquilidade durante as férias.
