Perfect Apartment in the prefect position

Pros: The property was furnished to a high standard and was spotless

Pros: Location good. Five minutes drive to Vilamoura harbour. Supermarkets short drive away. Beautiful gardens and pool. Rooftop terrace lovely and relaxing. Apartment well furnished and homely.

Outstanding

Pros: The apartment was absolutely perfect for us travelling with our 7 month old on our first family holiday. Tracie and the team were great and very helpful throughout the booking process and our stay itself. Nothing seemed too much to ask and they even arranged for a high chair, cot and some toys to be in the apartment prior to our arrival. The apartment itself is a great size for a family and very well laid out to allow you your own space to relax, if you need it! The sun terrace was a great space to have with a little one as we could take turns sitting in the shade and sunbathing. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and we will definitely be back if we return to the area!

Pros: Superb property. We travelled as a family of four. The property is extremely clean, modern, includes everything you need for a family including comfortable big beds, plenty of wardrobe space, lovely air con, beautiful terraces, every kitchen utensil you could need and the finishing touches by the owners really make it, it's beautifully decorated, you can feel the care and owners touch from the mouth you arrive. The underground parking is fabulous- keeping the car cool everytime you park.. the pool is stunning, extremely clean and peaceful. The location is great, genuinely felt like a 6-9 minute drive to everything in every location.. I personally prefer a car for a family, however, uber was also very accessible and cheap! The owner was wonderful.. really helped guide us on our first trip to Portugal, recommending beaches, rearaurants, excursions.. I couldn't recommend more. Genuinely saddened to leave. We will rebook for sure!

Lovely relaxing stay

Pros: Loved the location. Close drive to supermarkets and Vilamoura. Apartment well furnished and equipped. Roof top terrace lovely as was the view overlooking the pool. Underground parking. Midweek clean and towel change. Great communication with host Sandra.

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like. Would have been nice to have pool towels though.

Pros: The apartment was stylish and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more! Great location and the common areas (grounds and pool) where very well kept. Would stay again.

Lovely accommodation but basics need to be provided.

Pros: It is very clean and private with good parking. Property looks like the pictures. Roof top is beautiful.

Cons: Unlike many other self catering places we have stayed the basics we’re not present in this property. A VERY basic welcome hamper was provided. For a seven night stay in a luxury apartment we expected the basics. We had to buy basic items like tea bags, bin liners, cleaning products, toilet rolls as these are not provided. There was an unexpected clean half way through the week and the toilet rolls were replaced. One English tea bag for seven days, no cleaning products to wipe up with, no salt and pepper etc. One dishwasher tab and one washing machine tab was provided. One toilet roll provided in each bathroom until the clean on day 4. It was not what I would expect given the cost. A bottle of wine was offered when issues were raised but we declined it. A lovely girl did take our feedback and did leave cleaning items half way through the week. I felt we had to present during the clean as two cleaners and a the girl from the management company arrived at mid day. I did not ask for this service nor was I aware of this when booking. I would also highlight that you need to bring your own towels for pool use. You cannot use their towels at the pool nor are you allowed to have guests. For the first four days the TV did not work correctly as the licence had expired and when they were fixed the one in the bedroom still didn’t have access to English channels. It is a beautiful apartment and considerable effort has gone into to making it look lovely but sort the basics out and you will have an excellent property.

Excellent apartment in a tranquil setting with 5* decor and amenities.

Pros: Great location - superb interior / roof top terrace. Large rooms with everything you needed. Clean & modern!

Cons: Lack of regular items - toilet roll / dishwasher tablets!

Luxurious stay for a family of 4 in idyllic setting near gholf courses.

Pros: Lovely location in quiet area near golf courses. Very luxurious, spacious apartment with modern, stylist furnishings and well equipped .

Cons: Whats not to like?
