Pros: The apartment is very comfortable, with AC and blackout curtains, perfect for a family with kids. The beach is 1 block away, 2-3 min walk. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Buen apartamento pero pagos extras sin sentido

Pros: Muy buena ubicación. El apartamento es amplio, con mucha luz. La cocina está bien equipada. La terraza es muy agradable. Estaba muy limpio.

Cons: La hora del check in son las 16.00 y la del check out las 10.00. Me parece excesivo. Además, si quieres entrar entre las 14.00 y las 16.00 tienes que pagar un suplemento de 30 euros, que, sinceramente, me parece un poco robo. Les escribimos para ver si podíamos salir un poco más tarde y no nos contestaron. Si quieres dejar las maletas en su oficina tienes que pegar un extra de 5 euros. Es cutre y te deja con mala sensación, la verdad. El baño olía un poco mal. Dejan poca cantidad de productos de higiene (éramos dos adultos y una niña y dejaron un botecito pequeño de gel, uno de champú y una pastilla de jabón para 5 noches). Es una pena porque el apartamento está bastante bien pero te deja con un sabor agridulce por estas cosas.

Pros: Super professionelles Personal. Die Lage war perfekt, 50m zum Strand, Supermarkt, Apotheke , Kaffees und Restaurants, 200m zum Busbahnhof, Auto und Fahrradvermietung, von dem man Ausflüge machen kann. Sehr saubere Wohnung, gute feste Matratzen, super Bettwäsche, das grosse Ehebett quietscht etwas obwohl ich alleine darin war. Weisse qualitative BAUMWOLL- Bettwäsche und Handtücher! 3 Balkons mit viel Licht. Rolläden vorhanden. , praktische Küche mit guter Ausstattung usw. War sehr nett.

Cons: Ich war zu 90% zufrieden. Trotzdem sollte man wissen, falls man etwas Nachtruhe im Urlaub (vor der Vorsaison ) braucht, dass die Müllabfuhr jede Nacht gegen 23:30h die Kontainer leert, direkt unter der Wohnung. Ich bin jedes mal aufgewacht. Glas Müll ist laut. In März war die Wohnung abends noch sehr kalt. Der Mini Heizer hat gerade so für das kleine Bad gereicht. Das Wohnzimmer und Sofa ( 2sitzer) sehen auf den Fotos viel größer aus als in echt. Es gibt Aufzug. Falls man die Treppe nimmt, sollte man an jedem Stockwerk Licht immer wieder neu drücken, sonst geht es aus, wenn man gerade auf der Treppe hinter dem Aufzug ist und in der tiefen Dunkelheit nichts mehr sieht und sich an nichts festhalten kann. Man könnte fallen. Das ist eine gefährliche Situation. Der Rest war super!
