Pros: Very big spacious clean apartment with everything you need, complementary bottle of water in the fridge on arrival was a welcomed nice touch.

Cons: A lot of buildings work being done in the area presently takes from the great location but that fault cannot be helped.

Pros: Great location. Hosts were very good at replying to requests, attentive and flexible..

Cons: The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and noisy! The living room furniture was not particularly comfortable either.

Pros: We love the location,the cleanliness the view and the comfort of the apartment. Patricia and Terry are wonderful hosts and make us feel very welcome. It is within walking distance from. Quateira and Villamoura and adjacent to beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our recent holiday there😎.

Lovely apartment close to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets.

Pros: Spacious apartment, clean and well-equipped. The grill on the balcony was great. Good location. Self check-in / -out was very convenient.

Cons: Mattress was a bit hard

Pros: The apartment was spacious, with a lovely balcony & pool access and very clean. There was complimentary shampoo & body wash & coffee & cake on arrival. It had all the amenities needed & was close to the beach & some really nice cafes & restaurants. Terry & Patricia were excellent hosts & were available to help with any issues. The air con was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: It was perfect for what we wanted.

Cons: only gave us one set of keys, which was a problem because of four in the group

Pros: Great location, 2 min walk to the beach. About 5 min walk to Quateria main beach and a 15 min walk to Vilamoura marina. There must be 100 places to eat within a 10-15 walk with just about every style of food. The apartment is great, very spacious with everything you need. There are a couple of small supermarkets 2 min away and it's either a 20 min walk or 3€ uber ride to the larger ones. The hosts are very accommodating and made everything easy, including getting us in early as we had an early flight.

A great place to stay!

Pros: spacious, fairly well equipped and comfortable apartment very close to the beach. Quiet and with own pool and balcony. Ideal for a holiday

Cons: the air conditioning in the bedroom had an extra rattle that was very noisy but it still worked. Kitchen lacked some items.

Pros: My husband and l have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Portugal. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday made even more special by staying in the beautiful apartmentos Capitolina.lt was so clean,quiet,comfortable and so central to both Vilamoura and Quateira,Our wonderful host Patricia left plenty of provisions for us including a lovely bottle of wine and we wanted for nothing.We would definitely return to this apartment.We had a lovely coffee shop and mini market beside the apartment and only a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach and beach bar😎 Thank you again Patricia.

Cons: I cannot fault this apartment.

Pros: Property was clean and in a great location. Close to beach, shops, cafes, restaurants and we were in the pool everyday too! The hosts were there tower us on arrival and were really welcoming, we could also contact them during our stay if questions and they kindly allowed us to stay past check out time to better work around our flights.
