The Prime @ The Residences Vilamoura

Very relaxing stay in a high quality apartment and resort.

Pros: Fantastic location with excellent facilities both in the apartment itself and the overall complex. Great space for everyone in the rooms and even the parking garage is very impressive particularly for when weather is warm. Easy drive to Vilamoura and the surrounding areas.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Pros: Having stayed at the property before i knew what to expect. To note that i had paid half the rate before in 2020. Perfect for a family stay or a group of people. It's only 10 min away from the downtown / marina area of Vilamoura. Having a parking space in the garage was a big plus and there are many sun loungers around the pool. So no fighting or running to the pool before breakfast as we see in some resorts. Really nice big and clean pool with bar service.

Cons: I saw the property on AirBnB but i chose to book with booking thinking that i was doing it directly with them. I was surprised to get WhatsApp messages and emails from a different company after the booking. Turns out that it was a management company that advertises the properties they manage for owners on booking. Later the evening that we got the keys, we found a few things that were loose (Toilet seat and toilet paper holder) and a drawer in the refrigerator was damaged but we didn't bother mentioning it. I was surprised that a week after we had checked out to receive a notice to pay for the damaged drawer in the refrigerator by booking. I opposed and booking made a more in depth investigation with the management company to confirm the damage was done before. So make sure when you check in to go around to inspect and report anything that is not working or damaged otherwise you will be charged.

Nice family break

Pros: Lovely holiday apartment. Nice size for a family of 5. Lots of sun beds around the pool. Really friendly staff.

Cons: Apartment could have done with a deeper clean. Quite a distance from the marina. Drinks and food expensive inside the resort.

Lovely & relaxing in a beautiful apt

Pros: Excellent apt, spacious, comfortable & well kitted out. Pool area was great, the kids loved it! Handy underground parking & the host was very friendly & helpful. Local supermarket 5 mins away in car

Cons: Only disappointment was the unavailability of a late checkout. Not much in the immediate surrounding area & thankfully we hired a car but would definitely recommend

No geral foi ótimo, creio que seria importante ter mais atenção ao conforto na hora do descanso.

Pros: A organização da chegada. Fomos recebidas pela Tânia que se mostrou super disponivel e flexível com as nossas alterações de horários e questões de ultima hora. O alojamento é maravilhoso, confortável, muito bem equipado e tranquilo.

Cons: As camas foram um problema. Muito pouco confortáveis o que acabou por marcar negativamente a experiência lamentavelmente. Acabei por ter que dormir no sofá que é sem duvida bastante melhor.

Pros: Super gut ausgestattete große Wohnung in der wir zu 5. gut platz hatten. Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Wir waren in der Vorsaison Ende Mai, Anfang Juni hier, dadurch war nicht viel los und es wir hatten den Pool am Nachmittag / Abend nach dem Strand fast für uns alleine.

Gorgeous, luxurious, well-equipped apartment with fantastic pool

Pros: It’s is as beautiful as the photos! The apartment was spacious and exceptionally well-equipped for a vacation home. They had a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and soap/shampoo/etc. But the best part is the pool - my kids would have stayed in it all day long!

Pros: Adorámos o apartamento e as instalações, piscina, etc. Gostámos muito da disponibilidade e amabilidade do anfitrião Fernando.

Cons: Do check out ser até às 10h. Se fosse 1 ou 2 horas mais tarde, poderíamos aproveitar um pouco mais.

FANTÁSTICO ALOJAMIENTO

Pros: Precioso alojamiento. Urbanización, bonita y con piscinas fantásticas, sin ruidos. El piso genial ; amplio, limpio, bien decorado, terraza preciosa con vistas a campo de golf…. No puedo poner pegas
