Perfect for our short break this time in Portugal.

Pros: Collected by hosts from airport & driven to airport after stay very much appreciated. Even though temp reached over 30c, rooms were cool, did not need to use air conditioning. Location could not be bettered for restaurants, shops & harbor. So many times previously, have landed in Faro & driven straight out along the coast to our villa. This time, wished for a short break without any driving & were not disappointed.

Cons: No negatives at all.

The perfect stay.

Pros: Casa na Travessa is located right in the middle of the old town pedestrian area so it’s only steps from the bars and restaurants yet very quiet. The hosts Alexandre and Raquel have thought of everything and did everything to make our stay perfect, including picking us up at the train station and dropping us off at the airport. Not to mention stocking the fridge with wine, beer, fruit and pastries. A perfect stay.

Pros: Hosts were excellent. They went well beyond what one would normally expect. Location is really central so everything is within easy walking distance. The apartment is of a high standard.
