Pros: Accès simple au logement, appartement fonctionnel, très bonne décoration et emplacement au centre ville ce qui est agréable (proche des accès ferry, bus, restaurants,bar, etc..)

Cons: On peut entendre parfois le bruit des véhicules la nuit car c'est une rue du centre ville accessible par les bus électriques, voitures, etc... On entend un peu le bruit des avions qui atterrissent/décollent le matin vers 6h30... C'est le seul petit bémol au logement
