Privilege Apartment Aliança da Silva in the heart of Faro

Pros: This apartment is very traditional in its design and has been sympathetically restored, so as such, it is not a clean modern look. We loved its character, original floor tiles, floorboards, and doors/shutters and it felt very homely. The location is very central and overlooked the marina. You could watch the world go by from the Juliet balcony. Every room had an ensuite (quite quirky) and was modern in design, the beds were really comfy and the towels were good quality. There was also another separate toilet. Each room has its own air conditioning Sofa in the lounge was comfy and in good condition The was very well equipt. Sonia, our host was excellent, very informative, and responsive. The hotel next door does cocktails and srinks for non residents and has a great roof top area to sit We would definitely stay here again if we stayed in Faro.

Cons: These weren't a problem for us, but you should be aware: The apartment is above a restaurant, there is live music on a friday night until about 12 am and other music is played during other evenings...its very chill out and we enjoyed listening to it. There is no lift, just some stone steps up one floor to the apartment. The building next door is being renovated so there is some noise during the day but it didn't start early so it didn't bother us

Amazing little gem 💎

Pros: This was a little gem of a place! We didn't realise until we arrived how amazing this place is! We were met at the door and shown around the apartment and were told what different things to do in the area e.g. lovely restaurants, markets, the best places to watch the sunset while sipping on cocktails etc. The fact we all had en suites plus 1 extra bathroom, there was no rushing to get ready in the mornings. The living room had 3 beautiful wooden French doors from ceiling to floor, high ceilings with pretty mouldings/painted and modern furniture. We felt ever so pleased to have found this gem of a place!!! We also felt like we were in the centre of things- to the left of us were all restaurants and shops and to the right of us, the Marina! Excellent location!

Cons: We found it unusual that after paying €80 for cleaning, we still had to empty the bins.

Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in Faro.

Pros: The location was great. Close to everything and easy to get around. Would not be a great property for anyone with mobility issues as there is a very steep staircase to get to the apartment.

Cons: The place next store was under construction and there was a lot of thumping noises throughout the day.

Precioso apartamento en Faro.

Pros: El apartamento es muy bonito, amplio y confortable. La ubicación perfecta, en pleno centro, pero la zona es tranquila. La cocina está bien equipada. El salón es muy grande y luminoso. Los tres dormitorios con su baño cada uno, hace que la estancia sea muy cómoda La persona que se encargó del check in muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo. Hay un parking descubierto gratis muy cerca donde siempre hay aparcamiento, y también un supermercado cercano.

Cons: En realidad nos ha gustado todo pero por mejorar, deberían poner algún sillón en el salón ya que solo hay un sofá y quizá deberían indicar que los dormitorios no tienen ventana y que uno de ellos no tiene armario. Fuimos tres personas y repartimos el espacio de uno de los armarios, pero para seis personas que es la capacidad del apartamento, resultaría escaso.
