Pros: Excellant location, lovely apartment, quiet, lovely pool, clean toilets at pool side. Good to see pool being cleanes and gardens being looked after.

Cons: Areas to improve - apartment starting to show its age. Cracked tiles on top of table, broken chair on balcony, bare wires on iron. Instruction manual needed for hob. Pillows lumpy. Most of sun loungers broken in some way around pool area. Lots of bird excrement around pool, needs cleaning down regularly.

Pros: Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful owner. Lovely pool. Perfect for our stay.

Cons: The airco wasnt working in the living room and the shower was pretty bad. But it wasnt that it ruined our vacation

Cons: Unfortunately I live in a rural location and I'm not used to disturbance on an evening. I've stayed in the same appartment block previously at the rear of the property and had no problems. This time I faced onto the main road and the traffic was only quiet from 4am to 6am, refuse bin wagons empty bins at 3am every day and revellers for some reason deemed it fit to spend time below the balcony every night around 4am discussing the evening. Clearly none of this will be a problem for most people who live in an urban town and it won't put me off staying in same location.

Perfect apartment for all ages in Albuferia

Pros: Perfect apartment with stunning pool. Walk to the party strip & very short taxi to the old town. Local shops & restaurants close. Ideal for 2-3 people. Very clean & spacious. Had everything you would need.

Pros: Great Location around a 7 minute walk to the main strip, or a 5 minute drive to the old town, with plenty of shops and restaurants around and Aldi a short walk away we managed everything we needed for our stay! It was lovely big spacious apartment with everything you need. Good pool area and we always managed a sun bed. The host D.Bia was helpful and a member of our party used the transfers to and from there airport! Would stay there again if we returned to Portugal!

Extremely nice accomodation

Pros: The location was great, very clean and comfortable. It has a huge swimming pool, and Bia (the host) was super friendly and gave us lots of advices on where to go.

Excellent stay in a self sufficient property and very memorable views from the balcony .

Pros: Location of the property was good as it is close by to the shops and restaurants and plenty of parking available. The nearest beach is 5 minutes drive or 15 min walk away and Aldi was only up the road from where we stayed. The property is very well looked after and was kept very clean , the host Bia is very courteous and is an excellent host. Ideal for families as it has pots,pans,cutlery and a washing machine . Highly recommended.
