A lovely and very helpful host
Pros: Mario is a very proactive & helpful host. He reached out even before we arrive, helped us to locate the building because there was a roadblock due to a construction. And even helped us with the bags through a couple flights of stairs, we parked the car in the basement (no lift in the building) Whenever we need help with the apartment, he is quick to response. The apartment has been renovated so it is nice and cosy; there are 2 bedrooms (one room is much smaller with a queen bed) with 2 bathrooms. There is a small balcony for us to dry our laundry. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a washer but no dryer. There is a pizza place a few steps away from the building It is a comfortable stay for 2 nights. Mario definitely made our stay more comfortable.
Cons: The building does not justify the apartment. The facade of the building is a little rundown. There is a short flight of steps before you enter the building. So if you have big bags just take note. There is parking at the basement of the building but it is a very tight space and the undercarriage of our car screeches each time we enter & leave the carpark. We could not bear hearing the screeches, so we left our car in a nearby carpark. Once you enter the building, you need to walk through a small space before you see a walkway which leads to the apartments. During the day, we are ok walking through the small space, but when evening comes, the space is almost pitch black and feels a little spooky. There are barely any lights along the corridor unless someone pops open their door. We found out there is a button outside the apartment , if we need light just press the button but it is still very dim along the corridor. These are old apartment so you still need a key to enter the apartment and one of the evenings, my daughter and I were stuck outside the apartment for a good 15 to 20mins because we had problem opening the door with the key. My husband & son had dropped us off to park the car. So we were left alone outside the apartment, in almost total darkness until a lady walked into the walkway with her son and helped us. She told us there is a technique to opening the door :) and yes she opened the door within seconds!

The location definitely meets the expectations. Great value for the money.
Pros: Very good location, close to the beach, restaurants, old town streets, exit to highway. Very nice apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and balcony. All facilities there. Underground garage with spot included. Very nice host, easy to communicate with, including WhatsApp, ready to help anytime.

Pros: Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to town and beach. Clean, comfortable beds and a great apartment, a TV in every room got my kids excited 😆. The pool was nice. 10/10.

Nice apartment with garage and excellent location
Pros: Newly renovated apartment with a good location and garage.
Cons: The building was a bit run down and the pool was cold. The beds were a bit on the hard side.

Veel waar voor je geld, perfecte ligging en ideaal voor een gezin met kinderen die houden van strand en zwemmen
Pros: De ligging en de faciliteiten, alsook de handige parkeergarage waren top. Ligt letterlijk op slechts een paar stappen van het strand en een winkelstraat met supermarkten, resto’s en cafe’s. Het onthaal was heel vriendelijk en je kan altijd met vragen eenvoudig bij de gastheer terecht.
Cons: Geen speciefieke minputen, je ligt met je appartement wel vlak naast het gemeenschappelijk zwembad, wat voor een gezin met kinderen erg handig is, maar dit kan, afhankelijk van de luidruchtigheid van de gasten, voor een beetje geroep en geschreeuw zorgen, maar niet in die mate dat het storend is.

다시 오고 싶은 여행지, 그리고 또 오고 싶은 숙소 입니다.
Pros: 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 알부페이라 중심지 및 해변(Peneco Beach) 등 모두 걸어서 다녀올 수 있습니다. Faro공항에서 렌트해서 이동했는데, 주차장 입구가 다소 좁지만 무료로 안전하게 이용할수 있어서 좋았습니다. 주변이 공사중이라 주차하기가 어려웠는데 호스트의 안내로 쉽게 찾을수가 있었습니다. 청소년 아들과 알부페이라, 리스본, 포루투를 여행했는데 알부페이라가 가장 좋았다고 합니다.
Cons: 몇몇 후기에서 본 대로, 체크인 시 청소 소독약 냄새가 심했습니다. 곰팡이 방지 등 청결유지라고는 생각하지만, 개선점이라고 생각합니다.
