Great stay for a family

Pros: Apartment layout is very nice, with a private entrance on the ground floor, it's easy with luggage and kids. Patio, garden and pool view was nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Gated and safe parking. Since our stay was long, they cleaned the apartment and replaced towels and bedsheets. There was an extra heater and the A/C worked well. The washing machine was handy especially on a long trip with children.

Cons: Some basic kitchen items like coffee capsules, salt and cooking oil could have been provided. Whenever we used the shower, the water seeped outside the shower enclosure. Sofa seemed to have a slight damp smell but that's possibly just the climate.

Pros: The apartment is very spatious. Very nice design, properly equipped, the garden, the swimming pool, the view from the living room...simply waw! Ricardo was very helpful and very on point in answering all our question and requests. Across the street there is a pastry/cakes/sweets shop...highly recommend it. Next door to that there's Buddy, the famous place for breakfast. I would choose the same location every time I go to Albufeira.

Cons: I did not expect so much humidity in the air in the apartment. However, there was a dehumidifier in the flat.

Pros: 15min walk to beach. Supermarktes near apartment.garden in front of apartment. Easy communication with owner. Parking spot in front of Apartment

Cons: Mattress to hard for light people

Amazing appartment with fantastic location!

Pros: Such a great appartment, very tidy and well decorated! I felt home the moment I walked in. Everything you need is available and the hosts pro-actively checks in with you if everything is alright. Location is also fantastic... shops, the strip and the beach all on walking distance. Can 100% recommend!

It was amazing and would definitely come again!

Pros: The host was super friendly and accommodating. He professionally checked on us on the first morning about our comfort and whether we were okay with the check-in process. It was super nice, and the place was outstanding. The apartment was equipped with essentials, and excellent-quality equipment was provided.

Cons: No problem. Everything was up to the mark!

Well equiped apartments with great location and beautiful design + terrace

Pros: Great design, its really beautiful apartments, perfect location, terrace, wifi, well equiped kitchen, air conditioneers, in another side of a street there is great bakery as well. Would recommend this apartments to anyone.

Cons: Dampness and its smell in the apartment, i will rate it 10/10 anyway, maybe its because of rainy season and much rain in these days, but this problem will grow in time, would recommend to solve the reason of dampness.

Pros: Very clean great location and cracking apartment 5*

Cons: Double bed mattress was like sleeping on concrete 😢

Very good ground floor apartment

Pros: The apartment is well equipped.Tthe location is very good for bars , restaurants and supermarkets.Ground floor apartment leads to garden and shared pool with Fat Cats bar . Ricardo is very helpful and made checking in and out very easy .

Cons: Some people using the pool were very noisy and inconsiderate. It would be better if the rules were more visible then maybe people would abide by them (?)

Perfect

Pros: Everything was perfect. The property was fully equipped with everything that you would need for a stay! Ricardo was excellent for checking in and ensuring everything was okay. We were able to check in early and also check out late which was a huge bonus. The pool area was nice and quiet and there was a bar onsite also. The location was perfect with a fabulous bakery across the road and in a quiet part of town. Couldn’t fault our stay!

Pros: Lovely property with a large pool and a bar/restaurant on site. Excellent communication from the owner..

Cons: Having to leave!
