Pros: everything, the property was within easy reach of shops , resturants, bars etc ,beautiful and clean, warm,it had everything you needed for a lovely holiday. hosts were brilliant nothing was too much trouble, always just a call away, great, will book this again.

An ideal lovely small place for 2 for a short stay. Nice neighbourhood.
Pros: The place is SUPER CLEAN, a short walk into the old town, beaches, and to the Marina. Nice sea view from the balcony. Comfortable beds and Sofa. Nice newly renovated kitchen with a coffee maker. Easy self check-in instructions were useful. Lovely clean curtains and outside blinds operated by a button. The 2 fans - for the living room and bedroom came in handy for a few minutes, we didn't use the air conditioning, we left the doors open during the day. GOOG WiFi, with Instructions displayed in the living room. The host Carla responds promptly to emails. We were humbled at how quickly she replaced the kettle when we reported a slight problem with it. Quietly left outside the door, no disturbance.
Cons: It would be nice to find fresh some milk and tea/coffee and biscuit or instant oats packets on the 1st night. We arrived after 10pm, nearby convenient stores were closed. There was only ONE TEASPOON in the place. The 3rd person couldn't make it, but we had already paid the Municipality tourist tax for three for our stay, so maybe just pay that the morning of your travel. The next hotel we moved to for the rest of our stay we didn't have to pay that in advance we paid after we check in.

Everything was amazing. Will rebook in the future for sure.
Pros: Amazing apartment, clean and renovated. Very confortable twin beds, with plenty of room for clothing in the room. A/C and cooling fans working very well in hotter days. Renovated kitchen with every possible thing needed. The ground floor apartment has a terrace with a shower for cleaning yourself of salty water, and a space were you can bring and place your griller, with an extra kitchen sink and everything. Location is amazing - 5 minutes on foot to Praia do Peneco/Pescadores. Very good communication with the owner. I will rebook this apartment eventually.
Cons: Nothing can be said as bad.

I enjoyed my stay the apartment was near restaurants, the centre and the Marina.
Pros: Excellent location . A quiet spot with everything within easy reach .
Cons: The apartment was comfortable but basic. The area is very hilly so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with walking difficulties.

Perfect
Pros: Beautiful apartment exceptionally clean and modern. In a great location on a quiet street but still very close to everything. Only a couple of mins walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Carla the host was very good and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this apartment on the ground floor with a very large terrace at the back.
Cons: Nothing everything was perfect.

Pros: Perfect quiet location in a neighborhood surrounded with locals at walking distance of Albufeira old town.Very clean accomodation equipped with every comfort you need during your stay
Cons: Only downside i can think of is the fact that you only being provided with one set of towels each,which is not so convenvient over a longer period of time

Pros: Nice clean flat with fully equipped kitchen. Great location, 15 minutes walk to the Old Town and the beach. Less than a minute away from the Miradouro Rossio and a couple of minutes from the Cat Park. Supermarket InterMarche nearby.

Pros: Nice refurbished apartment. Perfectly located with short walking distance to the beach and town centre. The apartment was very clean and has got all the facilities you may need.
