We love both the apartment and the location as was close to the beaches and the old town, resturants and bars.

Pros: Location is perfect, Claudia was helpful and speaks very good english, the apartment is spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of outside space for dining and sitting. We can only recommend.

Cons: Unfortunately, the pool was not available.

Great Villa & location

Pros: Great spacious secure Villa, with everything you need. Very close to the beach and the escalators which bring you down to the old town where they are plenty of bars and restaurants.

Cons: Noise from other Villas at 4-5am having parties with loud music and shouting. To be fair this was only two night's out of the 10 we stayed.

Pros: Claudia is a great, very attentive hostess. She is always available and ready to solve small technical problems that naturally arose during our long stay. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and in a great location minutes from the beach. The view from the terrace over the long coastline is just great.

Amazing stay

Pros: The terraces were beautiful, you could get the morning sun and the sunset while having dinner. The decor was nice and cozy. And the location is just 3 mín from the beach and bars and restaurants close too. Thank you !

Fantastic apartment for cleanliness and Location.

Pros: Apartment was spotless with added bonus of a complimentary welcome pack great idea, also pool area had plenty of sun loungers. The host Claudia sorted our transfers and met us at the apartment she was lovely and Friendly. Location was fantastic a minute walk to the beach and just a few minutes walk to the old town with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants.The walk to the strip is about 20 minutes, or if you prefer there is a mini train that goes around Albuferia and the marina which is also worth a visit. Overall a brilliant holiday we definitely recommend people to stay here and book with Claudia. Thank you Claudia 😊

Excellent apartment in a great location.

Pros: Best place I have ever stayed. Excellent facilities and very clean. Amenities were fabulous as was the pool. Claudia the hostess was so lovely and helpful. It's in a great location with a 15 minute walk into the old town. Amazing beach 5 minutes away. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
