Clementina Duplex apartment

I could not recommend this property enough. I only got to stay for 4 nights but i would 100% go back to be able to spend

Pros: Wow what can I say. First of all the hosts of this property are the most kind and accommodating I have came across. And I travel a lot! The apartment was absolutely spotless. And utilities superb. A home from home. The bed was really comfortable and air con excellent. The location was quiet, a 10-20 minute walk from the beach and nice restaraunts and into the old town.

Cons: The property itself I could not fault whatsoever. The pool area wasn’t exactly what I expected. A little run down and not much atmosphere (I went in mid September) but then again perfect for a quiet get away. And this would not put me off returning.

We had a beautiful stay, we only spent 4 nights but felt that wasn’t long enough to appreciate the apartment.

Pros: The property was beautiful and the attention to detail was outstanding

Cons: The area felt a little uneasy on an evening, as a couple we felt safe but there was alot of groups of men and homeless

Pros: The duplex apartment was really comfortable and very clean had everything we needed

A good place to stay!

Pros: Very nice apartment, hosts very responsive and helpful.

Cons: The football pitches are very close and play goes on late most nights

Pros: The apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures, very modern and very well looked after. It's located in the middle of both the old town and the strip, both about a 15 minute walk in either direction. Monika and Andrius who own the apartment are very very professional, they reply to any questions almost immediately and made our stay here very easy and welcoming. I would definitely use this apartment again if returning to albufeira. The pool side bar was also very reasonably priced, €2 for a large beer. There is a big supermarket right outside the apartment complex which is also very reasonably priced. Overall we had absolutely no complaints and would recommend all to stay here.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Pros: Apartment as advertised. Could walk to town, shops and restaurants

Cons: The area where the apartment is, is run down. The pool area uninviting, only 25 sun chairs and most are old and damaged.

Pros: A localização, o dúplex em si é fantástico, a piscina, o bar, barbecue, o ar condicionado, bom sinal de Wi-Fi, cama confortável, casa limpa e cheirosa!

Cons: Não tem microondas, a piscina pelas fotos parece maior, o quarto podia ter TV.

Pros: Doskonały apartament z wyjściem na ogród i wygodnym basenem. Bar przy basenie. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Świetny kontakt z właścicielami i duża elastyczność ze strony właścicieli. Blisko do restauracji, sklepów, dogodne dojście do plaży. Super

Pros: L'appartement est très bien, bien équipé, propre, facile d'accès et bien situé.

Cons: L'environnement n'est pas top...et le terrain de foot juste à côté de la terrasse génére pas mal de bruit.
