Good facilities / Quiet

Pros: Lovely location. Room clean and balcony a great touch. Very quiet area aswell. Hotel is a small distance from old town / beach around £6-7 with an uber. All appliances are within the room to cook your own meals ect including an outside BBQ area.

Cons: There is no staff who you see face to face. The hotel continued to send mails to confirm the the age of the guests even though you confirm this through booking.com. The key is located in a lock box attached to the wall near your appartment door which is coded so ensure the hotel send you this code in advance. If not the hotel is easily contacted through the number on your booking information on booking.com. Hotel can also contact you through WhatsApp.

Pros: Outdoor space and location, well equipped kitchen, plenty of plates etc.

Cons: No comfortable seating in sitting room, bed linen was poor and tired.

A very relaxing stay at cul-de-sac villa at end of Praceta da Bússola, Sesmarias away from hustle and bustle of Albufeir

Pros: Would stay again. We stayed in the lower ground unit. It was very spacious for two people, step out to swimming pool, two sun beds provided, lovely big green lawn surrounding the pool. Parking at your doorstep. All nearby beaches are worth visiting. A bit of a walk to the beach, but we had moderately warm weather so it was very achievable. On a very hot day the pool is perfect anyway, and there is a bit of parking at the local beaches if you choose to drive. We prefer staying in a quiet neighbourhood and walking around the area and to nearby towns. Affordable ride shares to get to neighbouring towns if needed. Many choices of grocery stores within a couple km. Lockbox key to access property, did not interact with hosts during our stay.

Cons: Only half a roll of toilet paper on arrival and half filled hand soap; enough to get us through first night as there was only two of us. No dish towels in kitchen, no cleaning supplies left so had to purchase many small items for the week. Beach towels extra € which we requested but did not receive, but no problem we bought novelty towels at Praia da Galé vendors. No safe to lock passports. Additionally, occasionally we would hear loud conversation or kids running in upstairs unit, but it did not bother us, there is no fence around the pool so upstairs units is safer for kids. Just a few small changes that would have made my review 10 out of 10, but would stay two people again nonetheless. Two additional people would have to sleep on sofa beds in living room.

You can drive left or right to explore Algarve, this premises on the middle of the the area.

Pros: Beautiful place, quiet, comfortable, in a heart of Algarve. Apartment is very roomy, love the spacy backyard with grill, pool in few steps, also pool for the kids, grass, trees and flowers around the backyard, comfortable to walk, sit and watch your kids play. Not that far from the ocean. No air-conditioner, but it was cool inside, very comfortable to sleep.

Cons: Would be great to have extra towels or linen. If you looking for a 5 start place its not for you. If you looking for a nice place to stay and enjoy time with your family on the budged this place is for you.

Lovely location for a great holiday. Short Uber ride to marina and beyond. The beaches and restaurants were a good 15 mi

Pros: We loved the balcony which was in the sun all day 😊 Shower was lovely too.

Cons: We would have enjoyed a drop of air conditioner or a fan on the hotter days The tv was a little small for the distance from sofa

Beautiful peaceful great value for money

Pros: Beautiful surroundings peaceful and in undisturbed traditional Portugal. A lil gem

Cons: Mattress very hard pillows too soft so not a good combination for a good nights sleep, air con would be nice too

Amazing place to stay

Pros: Very quiet, the swimming pool area was great, easy access through the house patio. The house was very clean, the kitchen really well equipped with the basic things. The house is a 15 min walk from the beach, it is amazing location.

Cons: The only suggestion I have is to have a sign with the apartments name in the gate. Once you get to the small square it is hard to understand which buildings are, as there are a lot of private houses. Also a bigger tv with more channels, had only the 4 common channels.

As a sum of it all I would return as per location and value of money.

Pros: Very good location, nice neighbourhood, quite area.

Cons: Hard to have the reply back from the hosts, when I neeed, we been unable to use the top stove, message sent to host without reply, this been disappointing.

Pros: Alex and Vera were lovely! This beautiful property is well located, quiet and spacious.

Cons: I truly understand that it is very hard to be perfect nowadays, but I would appreciate it if the barbecue ashes was removed/emptied before my stay, if I had a duvet (the sheet in the wardrobe needed washing), and if there was a washing machine (which was listed on Booking.com as one of the facilities at the time of my reservation—I believe this was an issue on the platform).

Nice place, great location and good value for money

Pros: Great location and super clean apartment in a really well kept small complex with plenty of parking. The apartment has what you need and has a great private balcony overlooking the pool and the outdoor space. The inside is well maintained and very clean with towels, blankets etc. Basic equipment in the kitchenette and functional furniture all together. There is no heating and no portable heaters so when the weather wasn't ideal the apartment was cold. Luckily I was able to borrow a small heater from a friend. When the weather was warm the apartment was warm enough from the sun.

Cons: In the absence of heating, portable heaters of some kind would have been great. Also a duvet for the bed rather than a sheet and then layers of additional blanket.
