Albufeira Falesia Beach Apartment

I'd recommand.

Pros: Location is superb. There’s a convenient shop just around the corner and a bigger one about a 2-minute walk away. A bit further, within 15 minutes on foot, there’s a small hub with medium-sized grocery store and several restaurants nearby. The beach and cliffs are only about a 5–10-minute walk from the apartment.

Falesia is a beautiful place - apartment was OK

Pros: Location is great, Falesia is beautiful and we loved it. There is a big swimming pool that we had access to and our daughter massively enjoyed. The property is comfortable and we used the washing machine as we needed clean clothes after a week of travelling. There is a balcony and a hanging horse. The fridge is very small but suitable for the 3 nights we stayed there. There are not many restaurant/supermarket options nearby (we didn’t have a car) and these have quite short opening times so be careful if you’re planning on dining there. Chicken Chips and the cafe next to it were our go-to places for food and Rodrigo, one of their employees, was lovely and super friendly.

Cons: I was told a person would meet me at the flat, however on arrival there was no one there. I texted a number provided but there was no reply. I called, and no reply. As you can imagine, that was a bit unsettling and I really worried we were going to have to find somewhere else to stay. A person called me a few minutes later apologising they didn’t have their phone on them. I was told to go to a different block (not far away) and get the keys from a lock. The apartment decor is dated and it smells old. The bed was not very comfortable (the mattress way too soft for our liking) and the pillows are very old and stained (not the sheets but the actual pillows). There are lots of house rules and one of them is that you remove all sheets and towels before leaving and also take out all rubbish. We felt it was excessive.

Lovely place to stay!

Pros: Wonderful location, host was prompt & helpful with communications.

Cons: Two bed sofa is a little small for 2 adults to sleep on. Kitchen - would be helpful to have basics provided (salt, pepper, oil) available, and if the knives could be sharpened. Otherwise everything else was available.

Pros: Apartamento cómodo , con todo lo necesario , los vecinos son muy agradables la playa cercana es una pasada y esta muy bien ubicado.

Cons: El sofá cama es un poco incómodo.

Pros: Fantastica vista do terraco, boas camas, agua com muita pressao na casa de banho, ar condicionado, silencio e uma fantastica piscina com boa temperatura da agua. 10 minutos a pe da Praia da Falesia. Encontramos chapeu de sol e corta vento na veranda. Gostei imenso!

Cons: A fechadura da porta da entrada no predio nao esta muito boa por isso tem que mexer a chave para cima e para baixo ao tentar abrir O apartamento fica no 3ro piso sem elevador mas para nos nao teve problema A TV nao funciona muito bem...seria bom deixar tbm umas instrucoes em como se pode programar

Boa estadia, para aproveitar as praias da falésia.

Pros: A Localização é central, e o AC estava a funcionar bem, tem boa varanda e no geral as condições são boas. Serve perfeitamente o propósito, passar uns dias de férias com a família perto da praia, e com acesso a uma piscina, apesar de não ser colada à entrada, é de fácil acesso, no entanto é necessário pedir cartão para aceder. Tem fácil estacionamento, e perto de aldeias com lojas e restauração. Tem praia boa muito perto, pode-se ir a pé.

Cons: O facto de estar perto de lojas e restauração, só se acede de carro, pois no próprio condomínio não tem muitas soluções. A piscina do espaço envolvente é gerida por alguém que não cuida muito bem, tivemos a oportunidade de encontrar alguma sujidade (cabelos, pedrinhas) no interior da água.

In Summe war ich sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Pros: Das Appartement hat eine tolle Lage. Strand und wunderschöne Küste in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist ruhig. Habe wichtige Informationen vor der Ankunft per eMail erhalten und wurde auch sonst gut per Mail „ betreut“. Im Appartement ware alles da, was ich brauchte. Es ist schön groß und hat einen Balkon.

Cons: Da ich offensichtlich die erste Mieterin in diesem Jahr war, roch die Wohnung etwas „moderich klamm“. Nachdem ich geheizt und gut gelüftet habe, hat sich das relativ schnell normalisiert. Dass ich beim Auszug sogar die Betten selbst abziehen musste hat mich gestört. Ich finde, das müsste im Mietpreis enthalten sein.

Pros: J’ai beaucoup aimé la propreté de l’appartement, la propriétaire nous a proposé un transfert de l’aéroport à l’appartement. Il y a la plage à 5min et une boulangerie des restaurants à côté

Estancia paradisíaca

Pros: Apartamento de fácil acceso. Muy cómodo y agradable, habitaciones amplias muy luminosas y con buenas vistas. Terraza muy disfrutable para merendar o tomar mate (cimarrao). Cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una buena estadía. Se destaca la limpieza. Muy recomendable, volveríamos sin dudarlo Hermosísimas playas cerca del apto. Recomiendo la pizzería de la venezolana y el rumano a una cuadra y media!!

Cons: Se hacen algo pesadas las escaleras, pero no es una queja, ya que es algo que se sabe de antemano, por lo cual no merece comentarios.
