Pros: The apartment is in great condition and has everything you need for your stay. It has the added benefit of underfloor heating in the living room and bedroom for the cooler winter nights - perfect!

Cons: Could benefit from a bed quilt that actually fits the bed - the quilt is very small and doesn't cover the bed but the bedding is huge - strange combination 🤔

Great accommodation in a great location.

Pros: We have stayed here before. Excellent location and the apartment is very well appointed. The surrounding area is mostly residential so very peaceful.

10/10 apartment. Would highly recommend

Pros: Such an amazing apartment. Plenty of space for the two of us. We had such a good time. Very close to everything in Olhos d’Água and a bus ride away from Albufeira. Loved the pool access. Plenty of kitchenware, bedding etc for us to use

Cons: Only thing was one set of tea towels for the kitchen. We could have used an extra set for the length of our stay even though we had the use of the washing machine.

We loved everything, except the bed!

Pros: The apartment was great. Clean. Spacious. Quiet. Front and back balconies so you can sit in sun or shade, whatever time of day. The kitchen has everything you need.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable. Previous reviews had said this,but thought it was maybe because the mattress was too firm for them, it is firm, but it sinks in the middle! I slept on the sofa bed for the last two nights ( bedding provided) and wish I had done it sooner because I slept well.

Good communication

Pros: House looked clean upon arrival, close to amenities. Minor questions about appliances which were answered promptly 10/10 for that.

Cons: Not to do with the house ITSELF but, we had a ‘feeling’ of not being welcomed at the pool by the maintenance/ gardener man. Even after following the pool rules, we had some altercations because my children were having fun in the pool so, if you have children… For this alone 4/10 Again, we were very satisfied with the house and company behind it.

Pros: Very nice and comfortable apartment in good condition. Has 2 balconys. Kitchen is good equipped. Was clean. Beach in Olhos da Agua is nice. All together we would book it again.

Apartamento muito bom e excelente localização

Pros: Apartamento espaçoso, bem localizado, tem tudo o que é necessário.

Cons: O alojamento em si é perfeito, mas o funcionário da manutenção do edifício foi extremamente mal educado e antipático. Fez-nos sentir indesejados e inclusive no dia da nossa saída reclamou por estarmos a subir e descer o elevador para transportar as nossas malas para o carro.

Good facilities, please consider an enhance for customer experience

Pros: Great facilities, clean, close to beach, in a quiet area, with good acces to restaurants and supermarkets.

Cons: One day we were confronted with lack of running water, from 12 PM until 1 AM the next day (night). We understood this was a municipality issue, nothing to blame the owners for. However, no updates were provided with an estimated time for resolution, until I called Booking customer center to raise an official claim. This was after waiting more than 8 hrs for an update, allthough I specificaly asked for news. Please make efforts to keep customers informed, we had the perception of an issue with undefinite timeframe.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger und zentraler Lage.

Pros: Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen und einem Pool im Garten. Durch die beiden Balkone hat man immer Sonne, sofern man das möchte.

Cons: Als ich kam, war die Wohnung leider noch nicht sauber. Aber dies wurde schnell geregelt und nach einer Stunde war alles top!
