Albufeira Old Town T3 with Balcony

Pros: Great central location in the old town. Spacious first floor flat with comfortable beds. Small supermarket very close. Kitchen well equipped. Would recommend.

Pleasant stay In the old town of Albufeira

Pros: The apartment is perfect for a group of 8 people and has everything you need. Absolutely Perfect location in the old town of Albufeira, close to the bars, restaurants, beaches and shops. Very close to the Flixbus bus stop in case of day trips to other cities. Overall a great apartment!

Cons: The balcony and shade was not cleaned and appeared to not have been cleaned for quite sometime. The crockery and cutlery was not very clean which required us to wash before use. This should be improved by the property management. The drains in showers should be cleaned as the showers flooded.

Excellent location, great apartment near to old town square.

Pros: We stayed here last year and loved it. We booked it again. Love the location, the space and the two bathrooms

Cons: Nothing bad to say. Even the feedback we gave last year about the sharp edges of the bed legs was acted upon. Very impressed overall

Really great apartment in a fantastic location.

Pros: The hosts where there to meet us and very friendly .

Cons: The only issue we had was the key fob for the garage didn´t work and so we ended up finding a free public car park 5 minutes walk away. My advice would be don´t worry about the included car parking and tell guests where the free public car park is. That way you will not get any negative feedback. Everything else about the property was excellent and i would have loved to give 10 out of 10 but had to take 1 point off for the parking fob not working.

Pros: The rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean, decorated in a neutral and modern style. Two of the bedrooms and the living room opened up to the huge balcony, which we really enjoyed in the afternoon and evening when the sun hit. The location was also excellent, just off the main square in the old town.

Cons: The sound carried from the bar downstairs, which was normally fine as they close at 12, but later on the weekend, so pack some earplugs if you are in the balcony rooms!

Great Location if you have no transport.

Pros: Location to Albufiera centre. Great if you don't want to drive - Great transport links. Very clean. Great to have washing machine and tumble drier although would have been good to have instruction manuals (this would include the TV & coffee machine) Apartment larger than we expected.

Cons: Staff didn't meet us at the property. We struggled to get an answer by phone initially. Although extremely helpful when we did get hold of them. Kettle would have been nice. Smells from restaurants on occassion if sitting on terrace. Option to have second set of keys would have been good.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Sehr gefallen hat uns, dass die Unterkunft schön geräumig ist und auch sehr zentrumsnah. Sie bietet alles was man braucht und alles ist in sehr guten Zustand . Alles ist gut fussläufig zu erreichen.

Cons: Leider, ist die Wohnung direkt über einer Bar und einem Restaurant. Musik war jeden Abend bis mind. 01:00 Uhr aus allen Boxen zu hören. Es war uns also nicht möglich etwas Ruhe teilweise sogar bis 02:00uhr oder auch Mahnmal sogar später, zu bekommen. Man hatte den Eindruck man sitze noch mit in der Bar;-)) auch die Terrasse war leider gar nicht schön und sauber. Und, und das nur für meinen Geschmack ist die Unterkunft zu dunkel , wenig natürlicher Lichteinfall.
