KAP Sea View Balcony

Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent communication all the way, loved it.

Pros: Excellent location, apartment had literally everything you could want by way of cooking facilities, huge space, cleanliness etc. but the outdoor balcony was the gem. Loved it all.

Pros: Everything about this place is amazing! It’s comfortable, it has a Beautiful balcony with an Amazon view! It’s also clean, and has everything you need to have the best vacation ever! Also owners are the best! Very communicative and honest! I hope I can come back soon to this lovely place!

Very good unit with great view and excellent value for money.

Pros: We (couple in our 70's ) stayed at this apartment for 2 months. An excellent stay. All rooms were large, furniture was very comfortable, including the beds. previous reviews mentioned \

Cons: Well, it was on the 3rd and top floor with no elevator. However, the top floor is where the view is. A microwave oven would be a bonus.

Realy enjoyed it and worth a 2nd visit

Pros: Superb location - easy access to Old Town and Marina - view from balcony was fantastic and got the sun from morning to early evening

Pros: The location is excellent right in the old part of the city close to the beach, cafes and other attractions. The apartment is modern, clean, bright and spacy. The apartment has a big balcony overlooking the ocean. The sun stands in the balcony whole day until the sunset, so, one can get a tan even without leaving the house :) However, the sun gets just for 20 sm in the house which means that it will stay cool even in sunny days. Also, bus stop is just 60 meters from the house at the same street. I used bus #2 to get to the bus station where I took another bus to travel to other cities. Another great thing was that Flixbus stop is in 15 minutes walk (mostly downhill and strait road), so I just walked there to get the bus to Lisbon.

Cons: I enjoyed the house, but absence of the elevator might be an issue for some people. For me it was OK even though I had two suitcases. Other than that, I cannot think of anything that might be a pitfall

Pros: Great location and excellent communication from the host. The apartment was spotless.

Cons: There are 2 flights of stairs to the apartment so it would not be suitable for any one with mobility problems or a young family with prams.

Fantastisch appartement vlakbij het centrum en het strand.

Pros: Heel ruim appartement. Dichtbij het centrum en het strand van Albufeira. Veel restaurants op loopafstand. Goede douche en warmwatervoorziening. (Geen gasflessen meer). Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Goede Wifi. Heel goed ruim bed. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Taxi standplaats bijna voor de deur. (Taxi’s zijn goedkoop). De streekbus (luxe touringcar) brengt je makkelijk naar de omliggende plaatsten. Met de Flixbux kan je ook naar Lissabon. Met de trein is ook erg leuk om te doen. Wij zijn met de trein naar Faro geweest. Je stopt dan vlakbij bij het centrum. Wij hadden geen auto gehuurd maar die dan ook niet gemist. Kortom een echte aanrader dit appartement.

Goed

Pros: Locatie, ruimte binnen, aardige beheerder die goed bereikbaar was en bereid was om te helpen als we iets nodig hadden. Probleem bij de aankomst goed en snel opgelost. We hebben een leuke tijd gehad!Dankjewel Nuno!

Cons: Badkamer beetje verouderd . Maar Alles werkte prima.

Pros: It was very roomy and had everything you needed for a longer stay.

Cons: There was a lot of stairs but after a while you get used to them.

Pros: Posizione perfetta, fuori dal caos ma a 2 min dal centro. Casa molto attrezzata e pulita. Host disponibile
