Apartamento Laurent - beachfront and city center

Great location and spacious apartment

Pros: The location of the apartment is amazing. So close to the beach and the town (about 10min walk) with lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was super spacious and had everything we needed. It is also on the same level as the pool which was never too busy and we always managed to find a sunbed. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

Cons: The pool could’ve been cleaner but nothing to do with the apartment.

Brilliant stay, couldn’t recommend staying here more

Pros: Beautiful and clean property. Amazing location and lovely apartment block. Balcony was amazing. Great communication and kind staff.

Cons: Pool was a bit dirty but not the end of the world. Only 3 loungers on balcony and we were a group of 4 - but not the end of the world. We had to buy toilet roll and amenities - but not the end of the world.

Perfectly located, fantastic apartment and super attentive hosts.

Pros: A very spacious and clean apartment with a huge private terrace/ balcony, equipped with plenty of furniture and sun beds. It is perfectly located within 5-10 mins walk to all of the good stuff; old town, beach, supermarkets not to mention some excellent bars and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly helpful. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Cons: The air conditioning in the bedroom was a little weak, probably needs a service.

Lovely holiday

Pros: Loved the location, best of both worlds, very close to beach and old town square, 5 min walk at most, but also nice and quiet at the apartment. The view from the large furnished terrace was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and was very big. the pool and apartments were quiet, which was nice for those chill days/nights.

Great apartment.

Pros: This is the 3rd time here In this lovely spacious apartment. We really enjoy the location, views and close to all amenities. Cool Villas are always helpful and quick to respond to any queries. I did mention the bathroom blind which was being replaced. The only downfall was the patio door window is blown and misted up which needs replacing, as it spoiled the view and the look of the apartment

Last minute Sun break

Pros: Spacious, very clean and very well equipped. Perfect location to be very close to, 5 minute walk and down escalators but also away from the busy main area. Sea views from large terrace.

Cons: Although extremely well equipped a personal thought would be either a washing machine or spin dryer if handwashing clothing would be useful? As we were only there for 4 nights that maybe salt, pepper and a cooking oil could be supplied? Not major things and also I didn't want to come home. Loved Portugal. This apartment is perfect location. Thanks Team Cool Villas 😎

Pros: Plenty of room with a great balcony, same floor as the pool and location is perfect! Few minutes you are at the beach/bars/restaurants. Communication was amazing receiving WhatsApp messages and immediate responses to any questions.

Cons: Nothing it was faultless

Our hosts were lovely, the apartment was perfect - the location was beautiful. Highly recommend. :)

Pros: Apartment was clean and very central - 3 minute walk to shops/bars/restaurants. Would definitely reccomend.

Pros: This was our second time in this nice apartment in 10 months. We really love the size of it and how fully equipt, in a great location with it's lovely views.

Cons: The echo of doors banging from nearby apartments.
