Overall Good

Pros: Apartment Magnificent. Very clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, beautitifuly Furnished, wi-fi, tv. Terrace is huge, 6 sunbeds, dining table and six chairs. Location Was great, 2 minutes in you are in the heart of everything. Would return. 5 stars all the way

Cons: The Building where the apartment is located is very grubby, you could even say it was dirty. Key box was so filthy we had to clean it ourselves, Front door was really dirty,had to sanitise our hands every time we used it. On entry you could regonise how old this building was by the tiling, the must date back to the 70s, awful. the floor had about 10 dead cockroaches lying around for about 9 days before someone swept it. we also seen live cochroaches. Then you came to the lifts, these were in a shocking state and very old, filthy filthy filthy. Paint was peeling every where on doors and walls had all sorts of dirty marks all over. then we discover we are on the sixth floor but the lift only goes to the fifth. not great when yo are mid 70s. We did not find much satisfactiom from apartment owners except to say they were aware of poor state of building. if you can get your head around all of this i would still Recomend this apartment and i would return. Just hoping you might get som satisfaction when you have to get in touch with company

Convenient to everything and the personal approach and ease of communication. Made for a great stay.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, and quick communication to and fro. Exceptional service and communication start to finish.

Cons: Maybe if we were to pick at anything. Dining chairs and sitting couch weren’t the most comfortable. But served the purpose. We weren’t spending a lot of time on them anyway.

Rooftop Apartment

Pros: Fabulous apartment Fabulous location Fabulous outdoor area Comfortable beds Fully equipped kitchen Generous supply of towels Immaculately clean Coded door we felt very safe WiFi is excellent 10/10

Cons: Nothing! Suggestions.. A mirror in the double bedroom. The maps pin is wrong it brings you to the back of the building. Maybe upgrade the television to a smart one so we can use our own Netflix etc. All minor not faults.

Pros: Apparent was nice and clean and staff were really helpful.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed in a lively part of town

Pros: Spacious apartment, well equipped in the best location in Old Town!

Cons: Not a dislike but the only thing missing is a pool.

Pros: excellent location, could not fault facilities, balcony ideal for larger parties.

Cons: key safe hard to find, especially at night with low light,suggest changing key safe with digital pad, as numbers difficult to see and there were 6 keysafes all identical, FYI THE KEYSAFE IS THE MASTERSAFE (MAKE)

Very enjoyable trip & would recommend apartment & location

Pros: Excellent location & large outside area/terrace

Cons: Shower could be better and hooks provided to hang up items e.g. towels in the shower room. Mirror required in the double bedroom

Nice apartment, nice town

Pros: Helpful staff, only a WhatsApp away. Clean towels midweek, immediate assistance when power tripped once. Clean and tidy.

Cons: Sofa bed for extra guests uncomfortable, and no air-conditioning there (living room). Garbage needed to be disposed of up the street in municipal bins, which is fine, but instructions should be in the apartment. Also, a small thing, but the pin locating the apartment is in the wrong place leading transfers and taxis to an inaccessible hill behind the property. Place it at the front door! Lastly, 6th floor where we were, had a flight of stairs - making it very difficult for one of our party who uses a wheelchair. This may have been somewhere in the small print, but we didn't see it.

Pros: Super emplacement proche de tout, restaurants, bord de mer. Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel avec une superbe terrasse.

Cons: L'ascenseur s'arrête au 5ème étage et l'appartement est au 6ème étage. Il faut monter les valises.

Je reviendrai si possible

Pros: L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, propre, bien placé. La terrasse et la vue est superbe

Cons: Des gros cafards dans le hall d'entrée de l'immeuble. L'odeur et le bruit des restaurants en bas J'aurais aimé avoir au moins une bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée, des capsules de café... NB : la porte d'entrée se verrouille automatiquement, s'il n'y a pas de courant électrique, il n'y a aucun moyen de déverrouiller la porte pour sortir. J'espère me tromper sinon je vous suggère de remédier à cela. Sans quoi on peut être coincé dedans en cas de coupure de courant par exemple. Sortir par la terrasse est risqué.
