Albufeira Center Old Town

A great spot - perfect for those who want to explore Albufeira old town and beach easily.

Pros: This apartment is perfect for couples sharing. It has three bedrooms with really good size beds and all cooking facilities are well maintained. It is perfect if you are wishing to be in very close walking distance to the 'old town' while being away from the noise. It was very clean on arrival and has a lovely covered outdoor dining space as well as a small balcony for those wanting to sunbathe. The hosts left fruit/coffee/tea/water etc. and also provided useful things such as ironing facilities and spare travel adapters. There was also plenty of storage space so you didn't feel like you were living out of a suitcase. The hosts were very responsive via messenger so communication was easy.

Cons: This is apartment is less suitable for a family - those with children/lots of equipment or those with any mobility issues as the apartment is up several sets of stairs. It also only has one bathroom which wasn't an issue for us but may cause issues for other groups. It might be good to add a 'dressing table' or the like in the rooms for ease when getting ready - e.g. for laying out make-up etc. It might be useful to also add a mirror to the other two bedrooms in addition to the one with a full-length mirror.

Pros: The outside patio was a great space to relax and hang out and the location was fantastic!

The stay was amazing, perfect location for our holiday with good facilities.

Pros: Bedrooms were amazing, the balcony was the best part.

Cons: The shower wasn’t fully functional as it starting spewing water from the part the head connected to the pipe. Not very wheelchair-friendly.

Family holiday

Pros: The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and so well equipped with anything you could possibly need, Austin even had water in the fridge and little things like coffee pods, sugar sachets and little packs of biscuits and crackers left for us as we arrived late. The location was very good, we were only about a 5 minute walk to the centre and there were convenience stores even closer than that for essentials.

Cons: The only negative is that the apartment is on the top floor with no elevator so wouldn't be suitable for everyone.

Pros: Lovely property, everything was so well prepared, The apartment was spacious and was spotless. The agent very friendly and professional and his communication was excellent, It was a pleasure to stay here, the location was perfect. I would return happily any time. Thanks for everything Arthur!

Good location, comfortable beds

Pros: Lovely touch by leaving us water, orange juice, wine, fruit, biscuits, tea and coffee. Appreciated this very much.

Cons: The bathroom shower was not working as well as expected

Great, Spacious Apartment

Pros: Communication was great, very spacious apartment and lovely kitchen and outside facilities , would stay here again

Perfect for our family ranging in ages from 13 to 79!

Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean and in excellent condition. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage in the bedrooms. Lovely bathroom with lots of towels. They even had towels for the beach! Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and ware. Arthur had tea, coffee, snacks and a fruit basket there for our arrival which was a lovely touch. Loved the dining area, although it was enclosed it still felt outdoorsy plus there is also an outdoor area which was great. The apartment is in a very safe and quiet area. Apartment is on top floor with no lift so guests need to have good mobility. Very close to small supermarkets and approx 5mins from Aldi/Lidl. About a 7 min walk to the beach - downhill. Bit longer getting home as it was uphill 😄😄.

Cons: We could have done with an extra bathroom 😄, with 5 people there was often a queue for the loo! Bed-side lamps would also have been handy.

Pros: The apartment has plenty of space. The covered bit of the balcony is brilliant for eating when it is too hot. The host was attentive. Love the little touches left for us on arrival.

Cons: No lift but that's just being picky the steps aren't too bad.
