Perfect hosts and apartment

Pros: The location was quiet, a 30 minute walk into town. Perfect place for relaxing away from the night life. hosts were lovely, friendly-sharing food, drinks and chatter. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely house, super clean, peaceful location and great hosts!

Pros: Really lovely, cosy house. Super clean and very comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location as it was very peaceful and close to Albufeira. The hosts Fabio and family were brilliant, really helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Pros: fabio and family were amazing ,they went above and beyond during our stay . they made us feel very welcome in every way possible the house is very good value for money lots of towns to visit just a bus ride away or short taxi ride or walk plenty of sight seeing supermarket just a 5 min drive or 20 mins walk would definitely return again

We had a great stay - our first time in the Algarve and will definitely return.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul very much, the quiet out of town location suited us and we felt we had a true Portuguese experience with the various neighbours, dogs and cats etc! Fabio and his family were great hosts, he was always on hand if we needed anything and gave us helpful information for restaurants and places to visit. The house was well equipped with everything needed for a longer stay, we stayed 18 nights so used the kitchen regularly to cook meals in the evening. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Although the bathroom is small it has everything you need, the shower was hot and powerful.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we disliked but it may suit everyone - the location is a 40 minute walk to the old town, we love walking and did it many times despite having a hire car. Care needs to be taken on the stairs as there is no handrail.

Pros: The house is clean and nicely decorated. I felt at home. Attentive host.

Cons: Lack of privacy on the outside terrace.

Another pleasant stay in Portugal.

Pros: A very well equipped home with excellent Wi-Fi. All the things you would need for a long stay. Host was always at hand if needed. Although a car is helpful if staying at this property, its an easy 20 minute walk to supermarket and a another 10 minute to the square in Old Town. The top of the old town bus station has frequent local bus services. The Casa Azul was a short drive to the Albuferia Shopping Centre and many local beaches. A great base for exploring the area.

Cons: This place suited our needs very well. The only issue were the pillows, and that can be an issue for us in many locations.

Pros: Fábio is a such great host! Even though he had lots of personal problems during our stay and couldn't be there in person, he made everything easy for us, always messaging, offering support and treats, via messages. The place is really comfortable, beautiful, the amenities great for cooking, and the location very good, because it's literally in the centre of the Algarve, so it's very easy to reach places like Faro, Lagos, Albufeira by car (less than 20 mins each).

Cons: There were not shampoos or conditioners, but we managed buying small ones that can be taken inside the airplae with us.
