Ideal location

Pros: Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping is checked daily. 24hrs night service gave that added security. Sea view has that WOWZ factor. I've reserved to return next year, God spare my life.

Cons: Bathroom tiles & bath fixtures are not secure & need updating Some cutlery was bent. The broken chair was rectified immediately as well as cleaning the stuff. Communal lighting needs more bulbs on the 6th floor by the lifts area.

Lovely hotel for a family friendly relaxing break

Pros: Friendly staff. Good amenities and close to town.

Great location in Albuferia

Pros: Great location good size apartment 👌 apartment cleaned every day very good wifi 10 to 15 min walk downhill to Albuferia old town. Was very near a large supermarket

More a group hotel than family!!

Pros: The size of the apartment was good, about 10-15 min walk from the old town and a shopping centre opposite. The receptionist on the day we arrived was lovely, but didn’t really have an interaction with the other staff.

Cons: The smell in the room when you first walked in but you got used to it. We had a free upgrade so didn’t complain. Men and boys got free drinks/ food at the pool bar were getting free drinks but women at to pay even though we were self catering! We were half board we only ate breakfast, we went for dinner once and it was “disgusting” I’m not a food snob by any means but this was diabolical!! The sun terrace above the pool was dirty and the glass Balustrade was disgusting, you seriously couldn’t tell what the hell was on the glass.

Pros: Lady on check in was lovely, pool bar staff were great also👌🏼rooms were a good size and we were on a stag so it was ideal all inclusive for us👌🏼

Cons: Showers maybe could be updated, not a lot to complain about to be honest🤷🏼‍♂️

Fantastic location, great amenities, spacious room and friendly staff

Pros: Location, room, pool, staff, amenities. Our second time staying here and couldn’t find any fault. Rooms are spacious and air con was a life saver. Always available chairs at the pool. Drinks 10/10

Cons: Some of the staff members just made some experiences hard work and uncomfortable at times
